On Wednesday, November 4th, SOM Associate Director Phil Obayda participated in “The Challenges for Intelligent Buildings post COVID-19,” a panel discussion hosted by the Chartered Institution of Building Service Engineers (CIBSE). Joining Obayda were Konkana Khaund, Director of Consulting, Energy & Environment, Frost & Sullivan; Neil Pennell, Land Securities; and Derek Clements-Croome. Panelists shared insight on the need to rethink how we plan, design, and manage buildings in light of the global pandemic.
