Chris has three decades of experience leading multi-disciplinary teams within community development-, design-, and real estate-based organizations across private and non-profit sectors, and has worked closely with government clients throughout his career. As a result, he brings a uniquely broad perspective to place-based solutions throughout the U.S. and around the world. Much of his work is focused on urban revitalization and his experience includes large-scale spatial planning, master planning, investment frameworks, transit infrastructure, transit-oriented development, development feasibility, strategy, policy planning, zoning, as well as stakeholder and community engagement. Chris’s approach draws in and advances the knowledge and passion of many collaborators, and places local solutions in the context of global trends.
