以沙漠激发设计灵感

哈利法塔的建筑设计完美融合了当地文化元素与尖端技术,从而在极端沙漠气候条件下实现建筑的超高效能表现。作为综合体项目中的主体建筑,162 层的哈利法塔包含办公空间、零售商区、住宅单位、以及一间阿玛尼(Armani)酒店。大厦的 Y 字型布局规划可以最大角度饱览波斯湾的优美景致。一层空间被绿地环绕、辅以水景和适宜步行的林荫大道。

大厦的整体造型灵感取自该地区沙漠之花蜘蛛兰的形态以及伊斯兰建筑中的特殊几何图案装饰体系。哈利法塔采用钢筋混凝土加玻璃外墙结构,由多个大体量构筑物螺旋攀附带扶壁的中央核心筒而成。大厦从平坦的基座拔地而起,层层退台以螺旋状逐级上升,令大厦的体量随着高度的攀升而逐渐减小,中央核心筒最终在建筑的顶端显露出来,构成塔尖。

卓越工程筑就世界新高

SOM 的建筑师与工程师以创新的策略出色地完成了挑战,筑就出无可企及的高度。简洁的 Y 字型布局不仅能显著降低风阻力,更能强化建筑的结构稳定性。Y 型结构的每个支翼都拥有独立的高性能混凝土核心筒和外围环绕支柱,再与六边形的中央核心筒互相联结支撑,可提供极强的抗扭刚度。大厦的中央核心筒和支翼均按照严谨缜密的几何形态进行布置。

每一层退台都与大厦的建筑网格完全匹配——这样的设计保证了所有支柱都与下方的承重墙对齐,提供更加直接和均匀的传力路径,避免施工时常见的立柱位移,确保施工的顺畅进行。大厦的宽度在每一层退台处得到削减。逐级内缩和逐步收窄设计的主要作用是“扰乱风力”,让整个建筑在每一个受风面的形状都不同,因此风力无法形成强大的漩涡。

充满艺术感的室内设计

哈利法塔的室内空间面积高达  27.9 万平方米(3 百万平方英尺),室内设计的规划与大楼的结构与建筑设计方案同期展开。在设计大厅、客用设施、休息大堂、办公区域、会议楼层及总统套房等不同区域的过程中,SOM 室内设计师团队从哈利法塔的工程技术特色以及该地区的历史文化遗产中汲取了设计灵感。在大楼的顶层,室内设计试图呈现天际般的体验,仿若置身于一艘静止的宇宙飞船。

而在较低楼层,室内设计更多运用大地和自然元素,以形成天与地的主题反差。除了玻璃、不锈钢和深色抛光石材外,室内装饰用材还包括银洞石地板、威尼斯灰泥墙、手工地毯、石材地板和精致的深色巴西桑托斯红木等,营造出极致私密而舒适的氛围,尽显内敛奢华。

SOM 团队还为哈利法塔规划了专属的艺术展示项目,用于陈列来自当地和国际艺术家的超过 500 件作品。在公寓层的大堂内,垂悬着由艺术家 Jaume Plensa 创作的名为“世界之声”(World Voices)的大型艺术装置:这件作品由 196 块手工打磨的铙钹组成,通过多根纤细的不锈钢管架悬挂在大堂内数个浅水池上方。大堂天花板内嵌有独特的滴水装置,水滴轻缓落于铙钹之上,营造出环境音效,萦绕于整个大堂空间。$|$创新性的可持续工程方案.


创新性的可持续工程方案

除了创纪录的建筑高度之外,哈利法塔综合应用一套机电与给排水系统,不仅能保障大厦的高效运作,同时最大程度地降低对环境的影响,并减少对材料的消耗和浪费。项目的核心目标是提供一个舒适而健康的室内环境。性能卓越的建筑幕墙可以缓解夏季阳光产生的高热,同时令大楼保持温暖舒适的室温。

SOM 团队还设计了具有先进的监控与遥控功能的 “救生船”,这套竖直交通输送系统可保障在紧急情况下便捷地进行人员疏散。哈利法塔的办公楼层还设有核心应急功能备用设施,可在诸如电力中断时保持楼层的正常供水与排水功能。哈利法塔拥有独特的“高空取风”通风系统,可从建筑顶部将低湿度冷空气吸入建筑的内部,更拥有世界首屈一指的大型冷凝水回收系统。
